Welcome to
Blairgowrie Parish Church

The joint burgh of Blairgowrie and Rattray is situated in East Perthshire, within easy commuting distance of Perth and Dundee. The two communities, either side of the River Ericht, are set in the heart of the soft fruit growing area.

The Parish Church has developed out the union in 2002 of the two Blairgowrie Church of Scotland parishes. The building is of red sandstone with seating for around 600. Brief details are given here, but please look in the individual pages for further information as the web site develops.

Sunday Service 11.00am. Sunday School runs concurrently

Family Service - fourth Sunday of the month at 9.30am and also every Sunday during the summer months

Communion Services take place on the first Sunday of February, June and November. There are also informal communions on the first Sunday of other months in the side chapel after the morning service

Praise service - first Sunday of the month at 7.00pm

Early morning prayer meeting - Tuesdays at 7.30am

The Church is blessed by its large and enthusiastic choir and organist. Attached to the church is an active Boys Brigade company which draws boys from all over the town. Attendance at the Guild is strong and the church halls are well used for social activities such as bowling and badminton and a craft group.

Our Vision:

To see our congregation become a more important part of the life of the town.
